Rustic Peach Tart
This is a King Arthur Baking Company recipe that I've used for years. I can never get it to roll out as big as they say it should, but it still tastes delicious. I also have to use 4-5 TBSP of ice water to get it to hold together since it is so dry here. It does have a few specialty ingredients, but if you bake often chances are that you already have them. It's best with fresh fruit, but frozen also works.

This looks divine!! I haven't made anything like this in a long time but I was thinking of making something fancy for fall. Might have to do this!
