Breakfast Ricotta

I could eat this every day of my life |
Ricotta has a shit ton of protein and calories. A good way to start the day!
No real recipe, I eyeball the amount of ricotta I want and scoop it into a bowl and add some of the following ingredients:
- Honey
- Lemon curd (easy recipe from Ina Garten for lemon curd here)
- Fresh blueberries, peaches, or other fruit
- A dash of nutmeg or cinnamon, if I'm feeling fancy
