DIY Cream of ... Soup Mix

Cream of Something Soup Mix

1 cup powdered milk

3/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup powdered bouillon 

4 TBPS freeze dried minced onions 

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together and store in glass jar.

For "one can" of condensed cream soup, mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cup water. Heat in pan over medium-high heat until thickened.
